How to Print
We've worked hard to make the process simple so you don't have to struggle.
Order your prints in 4 easy steps. If you do not have access to design software, if what you read below is unclear, or if you need help using our DTF Gang Sheet builder do not hesitate to get in touch with one of our dedicated Customer Service Team Members.
Step 1: Set Up Your Artwork

Set up your DTF artwork using a CMYK profile, this will give the most accurate colour representation from your screen to finished DTF transfer prints

Scale your artwork to the size you are after.

Make sure you use and export your artwork in 300dpi to ensure crisp colours, sharp edges and high quality DTF Prints

Change stroke lines to outlines (Object > Path >Outline Stroke) and text to outlines (Type > Create > Outlines).
Step 2: Choose Format and Placement
Start your order by clicking on the DTF Gang Sheet listing that suits you the best. Choose your custom print and place it using our automatic online DTF gang sheet builder or upload a ready to print DTF File. Once DTF Artwork sheet has been created and/or uploaded - add required quantity of sheet to your cart and checkout as standard.

Step 3:Print Delivery or Collection
Not only do we deliver on quality we are also set up for urgent DTF printing services with local collection available within hours. Offering DTF Transfer printing with Same-day* to 24-hour Dispatch Services we are able to deliver vibrant, high quality DTF Transfers from our workshop in Medway, Kent.

Step 4: Application of Printed DTF Design
Received your ready to print DTF Transfers? Follow our instructions for the best quality application.

1. Design will be printed as a mirror image with white ink on surface. Place garment on heat press and direct to film transfer onto garment with image (right reading) facing up.

2. Press with firm pressure at:
- Cotton and polycotton mixfabric - 157°C,13-15 Seconds
- 100% Polyster, Nylon, Spandex fabric - 130°C,8-10 Seconds.
Press firmly - 55-70psi depending on fabric type.

3. After pressing - let it cool down for 3-5 seconds and peel the film back from corner in one quick moment (whip it).

4.This is important! Post-Press for 5-8 Seconds. Use a teflon sheet or parchment paper to seal the edges of your DTF Print for the most durability and best finish.
