A3 DTF Transfer Sheet — Your Artwork, Ready to Press

Your artwork on an A3 DTF transfer — £4.10 a sheet. Twice the print area of A4.

Send us a design — or several — or use gang sheet builder and we print it onto one A3 sheet: printed, powdered, cured and ready to press. This is a finished transfer, not blank film. No printer, ink or powder needed at your end.

How it works

① Open the Gang Sheet Builder and drop in your artwork (PNG, JPG, PSD, AI, EPS, PDF or WebP — 300dpi with a transparent background works best).

② Arrange your designs — our background remover and layout tools are built in.

③ Check out. Order by 1PM Mon–Fri and it’s printed, powdered and in the post the same day.

Press settings

• Cotton and polycotton: 157°C for 13–15 seconds
• Polyester, nylon and spandex: 130°C for 8–10 seconds
• Pressure: 55–70psi, firm
• Hot peel film — let the print cool for 3–5 seconds, then peel the film back from a corner in one quick motion
• Post-press for 5–8 seconds using a Teflon sheet or parchment paper — this seals the edges and is what makes the print last
• Withstands 60+ washes without cracking when applied to spec
• No minimum order

Artwork requirements

• 300dpi with a transparent background
• CMYK colour profile — gives the closest match from screen to print
• PNG, PDF, AI or EPS (we also accept JPG, PSD and WebP)
• Do not mirror your artwork — we handle that
• Convert text and strokes to outlines before exporting
• Avoid semi-transparent pixels and fades — use halftoning instead
