What wholesale pricing gets you
Trade pricing at DTF Now is a straight 30% off our published prices on DTF transfers for fabric. It is not a tiered scheme you have to grow into and it is not a per-order minimum — once your account qualifies, the discount applies whether you order one A4 transfer or forty gang sheets.

Prices shown are our current published rates and are the starting price for each product. Your wholesale rate is always 30% off whatever the standard price is on the day you order, so you are never worse off than a retail customer.
What is included
- DTF gang sheets, in every size
- Individual DTF transfers — A6 through to A3 and all custom sizes
- 1 metre and multi-metre DTF rolls
- ECO-DTF recyclable paper-base transfers
Not included: UV-DTF and Low Tack UV-DTF (these are transfers for hard surfaces, not fabric), vinyl stickers, sublimation sheets, and pressing supplies. Those stay at standard pricing.
How to qualify
Spend £500 or more with DTF Now across any rolling 12 month period. That is roughly 38 gang sheets, or a mix of transfers adding up to the same. It is a cumulative figure across all your orders — you do not need to spend £500 in one go.
There is no application fee, no trade reference required, and no VAT number needed. If you have spent £500 with us in the last year, you qualify.
Applying
- Email sales@dtfnow.co.uk with the subject line Wholesale account, using the email address on your DTF Now orders.
- We check your order history against the £500 threshold. Nothing for you to prove or upload — we already have the record.
- If you qualify, we send you your personal wholesale code the same working day. It is tied to your account and cannot be used by anyone else.
- Enter it at checkout. The 30% comes off every eligible item in the basket.
Not there yet? Nothing is lost. The moment your rolling 12 month total passes £500, email us and we will set you up.
Staying on wholesale pricing
We review wholesale accounts periodically against the same rolling 12 month figure. Keep spending £500 a year and your pricing continues without you having to do anything. If your account falls below the threshold we will email you before anything changes, so you will never be surprised at checkout.
Who this is for
Most of our wholesale customers are print shops, garment decorators, embroidery businesses and small clothing brands who resell finished garments. If you are pressing transfers onto stock you sell, wholesale pricing is what makes the numbers work — and because there is no order minimum, you can still order one sheet on a Tuesday afternoon when a customer changes their mind.
Everything else about your account stays as it is. Order before 1PM and it is dispatched the same day. You can see our live production queue on the workshop status page before you order, so you always know how busy we are.
Bigger, one-off jobs
Wholesale pricing is for ongoing trade accounts. If you have a single large job — a festival run, a uniform contract, a seasonal push — send it through the bulk order request form instead and we will quote it on its own merits.
Wholesale DTF transfers: common questions
Do I need to order a minimum quantity to get wholesale pricing?
No. There is no minimum order at DTF Now, wholesale or retail. Once your account qualifies, your 30% applies to a single A4 transfer just as it does to a hundred gang sheets.
Does the £500 include VAT?
We measure the threshold on the total value of your orders as invoiced. If you are unsure where your account stands, email us and we will tell you the figure.
Can I combine wholesale pricing with a sale or promotional code?
No. Your wholesale rate is applied instead of promotional pricing, not on top of it. In practice 30% is better than almost everything we run, but if a promotion ever beats it you are free to use whichever is cheaper.
How long does approval take?
Same working day, in most cases. We are checking a number we already hold, not assessing an application.
Does wholesale pricing change my turnaround time?
No. Wholesale and retail orders go through the same queue in the order they arrive. Order before 1PM and it is dispatched the same day either way.
Is UV-DTF included?
No. Wholesale pricing covers DTF transfers for fabric. UV-DTF and Low Tack UV-DTF are for hard surfaces — mugs, tumblers, glass, wood — and stay at standard pricing.
