Same-Day Dispatch — How the 1PM Cut-Off Works
Order by 1PM, Monday to Friday, and your transfers are printed and dispatched the same day. No asterisk small print you can’t find — this page is the small print.
What needs to happen by 1PM
Your order is paid, and your artwork is print-ready: 300dpi, transparent background — PNG works best. Not sure your file is right? See our print & press instructions or message us on WhatsApp before ordering.
Ordered after 1PM, or on a weekend or bank holiday?
Your order is printed and dispatched the next working day.
Which products qualify?
Same-day dispatch applies to standard fabric DTF transfers. Orders containing UV-DTF, vinyl stickers or sublimation sheets can take up to 48 hours, and mixed orders are dispatched together on the longest timeline — the full detail is in our terms.
If something stops us
If an artwork problem or a capacity spike means we can’t dispatch same day, we’ll message you before 3PM the same day with the new dispatch date. You’ll never find out by waiting.
Collecting instead?
Collection is free from our workshop: Unit C, Chalmers Way, Gillingham ME8 6PF — Monday to Friday, 9AM–5PM. Order by 1PM for same-day collection, and wait for your “Ready To Collect” email before travelling.
Delivery services
- Royal Mail 24-Hour Tracked — £5.95. Aims for next day; not guaranteed (around 90% arrive next day).
- Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1PM — £9.95. Guaranteed by 1PM the next working day.
- DPD next working day — Standard, Pre-12 and Pre-10:30 options, fully tracked with a 1-hour delivery window. Prices shown at checkout.
