How to Order Team Names and Numbers on a Gang Sheet

Football teams, netball squads, leavers' hoodies, staff uniforms — the Names and Numbers tool is built for exactly that job.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Open the Tool
    Open the Names and Numbers tool from the main builder screen.
  2. Add Names
    Click Add Names to start your list.
  3. Choose Font Size
    Select the font size you want.
  4. Choose Font Style
    Pick your preferred font style from the options available.
  5. Set Your Colours
    Change the name and number colour to match the kit.
  6. Enter Your Names
    Type in your team or individual names in the fields provided.
  7. Add More Names
    Click Add Another for each additional name.
  8. Set Quantities
    Increase the quantity to match how many of each you need printed.
  9. Add Numbers
    Click Add Numbers and enter your squad numbers. You can add as many as you need.
  10. Confirm
    Click Confirm to lock in your entries. The builder then automatically organises and places every name and number combination onto the sheet.

Pro Tip

Have your list of names and numbers written out before you open the tool. Each name goes in one at a time, so working from a finished list is much quicker — and you are far less likely to spell someone's name wrong.
