How to Send a Canva Design to Your Gang Sheet

If you design in Canva, you can send artwork straight into the builder instead of exporting, downloading and re-uploading it.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Click Canva
    Click the Canva button in the builder.
  2. Connect
    Click Connect when prompted.
  3. Allow Access
    Click Allow to authorise the link between Canva and your builder account.
  4. Open the Editor
    Click the Canva image placeholder or template that appears.
  5. Design as Normal
    Create or edit your design in Canva.
  6. Export New Design
    When you are done, click Export New Design. It lands straight in your image library in the builder.

Watch Out for White Backgrounds

Canva often adds a white background by default, and it can come across with your design. Check your export has a transparent background before you place it on your sheet, or use the Remove Background tool to strip it out.

Pro Tip

Export from Canva as a PNG with a transparent background wherever you can. It saves you a step later and gives the cleanest print.
