25x55cm DTF Transfer
Our largest single transfer, and the only one shaped for tall or wide artwork rather than a square. Made for full back prints, vertical wordmarks down a sleeve or leg, and banner-style graphics.
If you need more than one large design, a 56x100cm gang sheet from £13.19 usually works out cheaper per print.

- Printed on the same hot peel film as our full gang sheets
- Withstands 60+ washes without cracking when applied to spec
- Best artwork: PNG with a transparent background, 300 DPI
- Mirroring is done for you, so upload your design the right way round
- Order by 1PM Monday to Friday and it is printed, powdered and posted the same day

How to apply
- Cotton and polycotton: 157°C for 13–15 seconds
- Polyester and synthetics: 130°C for 8–10 seconds
- Pressure: 55–70psi
- Hot peel: let the print cool for 3–5 seconds, then peel the film back from a corner in one quick motion
- Post-press for 5–8 seconds using a Teflon sheet or parchment paper; this seals the edges and is what makes the print last
How to order
- Press “Build Your Own Gangsheet” and add your design(s) (several at once is fine).
- Check your artwork; if the background needs removing add our background removal service.
- Choose your quantity in the builder and add to cart.
