We cut them, you press them. Pack up to 24 chest logos or more, or any mix of designs and sizes, onto one 56cm-wide gang sheet and we cut every design out before it ships. No scissors, no craft knife, no ruined transfers.

Your transfers arrive separated and truly ready to press straight out of the box: hand the box straight to whoever is on the heat press and win back hours on big runs.

Cut DTF is a paid option. Prefer to cut the designs out yourself? Choose a standard DTF gang sheet.

Specifications
  • Every design is cut out for you, to its outline or as a neat rectangle, whichever suits the artwork and your layout
  • We print, powder and cut your sheet
  • One size: 56x100cm
  • Withstands 60+ washes without cracking when applied to spec
  • No minimum order
  • Artwork: 300dpi with a transparent background
  • The Gang Sheet Builder has a background remover and layout tools built in
  • CMYK colour profile gives the closest match from screen to print
  • File types: PNG, PDF, AI or EPS (JPG, PSD and WebP also accepted)
  • Do not mirror your artwork: we handle that
  • Convert text and strokes to outlines before exporting
  • Avoid semi-transparent pixels and fades; use halftoning instead
  • Order by 1PM Monday to Friday and it is in the post the same day
  • Same DTF print quality as our standard gang sheets

How to apply
  • Cotton and polycotton: 157°C for 13–15 seconds
  • Polyester, nylon and spandex: 130°C for 8–10 seconds
  • Pressure: 55–70psi, firm
  • Hot peel: let the print cool for 3–5 seconds, then peel the film back from a corner in one quick motion
  • Post-press for 5–8 seconds using a Teflon sheet or parchment paper; this seals the edges and is what makes the print last
