How to Save, Order and Reorder Your Gang Sheet

Your layout is finished. Here is how to get it saved, ordered and reordered next time.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Save
    When your layout is finished, click Save.
  2. Name It
    Enter a Design Name. Make it something you will recognise in six months.
  3. Confirm
    Click Save again to confirm.
  4. Set Your Quantity
    Enter how many copies of the sheet you want printed.
  5. Save and Add to Cart
    Click Save & Add to Cart.
  6. Tick the Confirmations
    Tick the confirmation boxes, including the one confirming you have the rights to the artwork and accepting colour responsibility.
  7. Add to Cart and Exit
    Click Add to Cart & Exit.
  8. Preview
    Use Preview to check the sheet. If it looks a little soft, do not worry — as long as your designs had green resolution boxes in the editor, they will print in high quality.
  9. Edit If Needed
    Need a change? Click Edit to go back into the builder.

Reordering a Past Sheet

Open the builder and choose Open a Previously Ordered Gang Sheet. Every sheet you have saved or ordered is there. Open it, change what you need, save it and add it to your basket.

Pro Tip

Name your sheets properly. "Rugby club hoodies — Sept restock" beats "Design 4" every time when you are reordering months later.

Saved, ordered and ready to reorder in two clicks next time.

Order by 1PM Monday to Friday and your sheet is printed, powdered and in the post the same day.
