Gang Sheet Builder Troubleshooting: 10 Common Problems

Gang Sheet Builder Troubleshooting: 10 Common Problems

These are the ten things customers ask us about most, and the fix for each one. Most take about five seconds.

The 10 Problems and Their Fixes

  1. My upload is not showing
You cannot start an upload from the Uploads tab. Go back to the Home screen and click Upload Image(s).
  2. It uploaded but I cannot see it
Click Refresh in the Uploads tab.
  3. My uploads disappeared
You were not logged in. Log in first and your uploads are saved to your account.
  4. The resolution box is red or black
Make the design slightly smaller, or supply a higher-resolution file. Aim for green.
  5. The checkout preview looks blurry
If the design had a green resolution box in the editor, it will print in high quality regardless of how the preview looks.
  6. There is a white box round my logo
Your file has a background. Use Remove Background, or re-export the file with transparency.
  7. My Canva design has a white background
Canva adds one by default. Re-export with a transparent background, or use Remove Background.
  8. Design is overlapping artboard
A design is running off the sheet or into another one. Move it, shrink it, or choose a larger sheet size.
  9. My text looks squashed or stretched
The aspect ratio lock is off. Click the lock icon to re-lock proportions.
  10. My designs will not line up neatly
Turn on Snap When Moving in Settings. It aligns and spaces them for you.

Pro Tip

Nine out of ten builder problems come down to three things: not being logged in, uploading from the wrong tab, or artwork that is too low resolution. Check those first.
